Curia Market Research - about us

Curia Market Research is based in Wellington and was established in early 2004. Its principal is David Farrar.

David, a member of the Market Research Society of New Zealand, has over ten years experience in all aspects of polling. He has managed everything from question design to results analysis for over 200 polls, including a significant number for recent New Zealand Prime Ministers.

Curia currently employs 38 staff. We provide a friendly work environment and have an experienced team. We pay above market rates and have low staff turnover.

Curia currently has capacity to undertake over 2,000 call minutes per evening, allowing most polls to be completed in two to three nights.

Curia’s rates are very competitive. We have an indicative pricing schedule which we are happy to provide on request, showing likely costs based on the desired number of questions and responses.
